1-Lauroylglycerol, lauroyldiglycerol and lauroyltriglycerol presented at gelatine gel inhibited the spore germination and the colony growth of Aspergillus sp. DMF. The chemical purity and the chemical structure of tested substance were all found to influence the colony growth and the spore germination.
