Měření biodegradace modelových látek s nepříjemným odérem pomocí směsné kultury mikroorganismů - ASANOL

  • Original language description

A lot of compounds-components of wastes from food-agricultural complex production are typical with their bad odour and in some cases also with their toxicity. For decontamination of waste water and polluted air the biological processes are available mainly for their low operating and energy costs. Biofiltration is the easiest way how to purify these wastes. In this case microorganisms which are located in the bed of biofilter transform mentioned pollutants to the biomass, carbon dioxide and water. The biodegradability of bad odour compounds was tested by means of a mixture of microorganisms (ASANOL) containing strains Acinetobacter and Klebsiella. Most of the tested compounds were biodegradable by ASANOL. The fastest biodegradtion was found in the caseof butyl acetate and amyl acetate (from esters tested), butyl alcohol (from alcohols tested), and triethanolamine (from amines tested).
