The phytase production by filamentous fungi Aspergillius niger W2 was studied employing a medium which contain starch, organic nitrogen. Different fermentative conditions, pH, temperature, starch concentration and aeration, were studied. Fermentations had a yield (80U/g) dry basis.

Produkce phytasy pomocí plísně Aspergillius niger W2 byla studována na pevném médiu obsahujícím škrob, organický dusík. Sledovány byly změny produkce v závislosti na změnách podmínek fermentace (pH, koncentrace škrobu, míra aerace). Výtěžnost fermentacebyla 80U/g.
