The objective of this work was to verify the possibility of using Fargo 37 for elimination Listeria monocytogenes. Fargo 37 was tested in three various applications level (1, 2 and 3 g.kg-1) at two temperatures (10 °C and 25 °C) during 24 hours and 48 hours cultivation. It was confirmed that the tested bio protector was efficient against Listeria monocytogenes under experimental conditions.
