Residual dyes from textile industry represent one of very serious environmental problems of today. Textiles dyes are resistant to common waste water treatment procedures, and are hardly removable. In this work we aim to construction and application of atrickle-bed reactor (TBR) using immobilized mycelium of Irpex lacteus. Irpex lacteus produces enzyme complex suitable for degradation of various substrates and has been used for degradation experiments in TBR reactors, owing to its ability to decolorizevarious dyes. Our experimental trickle-bed reactor (dimensions: height 20 cm, diameter 7 cm) was made of glass, with upper lid from RTV silicon. Two organic dyes were chosen for degradation experiments, Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) and Reactive Orange16 (RO16). Decolorization of different initial concentrations of RBBR and one concentration of RO16 was performed, using various mycelium supports
