Original language description
This contribution combines experimental approach and simulation approach for construction of bifurcation diagram in pH-oscillatory reaction between hydrogen peroxide, thiosulphate ion and sulfite ion in the small amount of hydrogen ion. In the experiments we studied the effect of different concentration of sulfite ion on wide range of flow rate in continuous stirred tank reactor where the dynamics of the reaction take place. Results of the experiments are arranged into two-parametric bifurcation diagramshowing a qualitative change in the dynamic of the system. New designed chemical mechanism of this reaction is also presented. Chemical mechanism is rewritten into the set of differential equations which are solved in closest agreement with experimentalconditions. Simulations were performed in software package CONT. Results of the calculations are finally compared with experimental results.
