    The mass transfer coefficient is evaluated from the oxygen probe responses on the total pressure change. Evaluation is performed by the model curves fitting to experimental data. The model considers perfect mixing of both phases, includes the convolutionprocedure to eliminate the oxygen probe dynamics effect and the correction is also made on the liquid film effect on the oxygen probe signal. The mass transfer coefficient is evaluated for each oxygen probe response separately. If air is used as a gas phase, the evaluation model considers the simultaneous transport of nitrogen. The evaluation procedure is described in the paper "Non-ideal pressure step method for kLa measurement" (Chem.Eng.Sci., Vol.48, No.9, pp.1593-1599, 1993)
