    Polyolefin degasing can be a bottleneck operation during polyolefin production in fluidized bed reactors. Following report describes a modelling approach for the description of an industrial polyolefin degassing unit. The mathematical model is supportedby degassing experiments of various types of polyolefin powders and suggests optimization strategies for operation of the degassing unit.
