Original language description
Software for dynamic simulations of NOx reduction in automotive exhaust gas catalysts based on platinum group metals (TWC, LNT, DOC). The model predicts both instantaneous and overall NOx reduction conversion and selectivity to N2, N2O or NH3 in dependence on actual redox conditions on the catalytic surface, following from the lean, stoichiometric or rich operation strategy of the engine. It can be used for the simulation of realistic operating conditions, including real driving cycles.
