The spatial disorientation trainer GYRO IPT II ETC will be installed in our institute in 2003. GYRO provides pilots with a hands-on spatial orientation training experience. While in control of a simulated flight, the pilot can be exposed to a variety ofselected disorienting illusions. A pilot in the GYRO has full closed loop control of the simulation before, during, and after the disorienting illusion. This capability creates a fully interactive learning environment since the pilot must maintain control of the simulator and fly through the illusion to a successful resolution during his/her training. Static posturographic (stabilometric) measurement of 163 pilots was realized. 50 pilots were evaluated with eyes open and the other 50 pilots with eyes closed. Parameters of Way, Area, AnterioPosterior/Lateral Rate (APLR), Romberg Way and Romberg Area (RA) were measured. Age of pilot was also taken into consideration.

Trenažér prostorové dezorientace GYRO IPT II ETC byl instalován v našem ústavu v roce 2003. Tento trenažér umožňuje pilotům nacvičovat prostorovou orientaci za simulovaného letu a získávat patřičné zkušenosti. V simulovaných letech je pilot vystavován různým desorientačním iluzím. Nácvik je plně interaktivní. Uskutečnila se statická posturografická (stabilometrická) měření u 163 pilotů. 50 pilotů bylo vyhodnoceno s otevřenými oči a 50 se zavřenými. Byly měřeny následující parametry: Way, Area, AnterioPosterior/Lateral Rate (APLR), Romberg Way and Romberg Area (RA). Při vyhodnocení se přihlíželo k věku pilotů.
