Synthetic approach to 5alpha-pregnanolone 19-[O-(carboxymethyl)oxime]derivatives
Original language description
Synthesis of 5alpha-pregnanolone derivatives (3-hydroxy-5alpha-pregnan-20-ones) with 3alpha- and 3beta-configuration and 19-[O-(carboxymethyl)oxime] group were developed, starting from 19-hydroxy-20-oxopregn-5-en-3beta-yl acetate. The nine- and ten-stepsyntheses described herein gave the target compounds, designed as haptens for immunological use

Syntetický přístup k 19-[O-(karboxymethyl)oxim]derivátům 5alfa-pregnanolonů
Czech description
Byla vypracována synthesa 5alfa-pregnanolonových derivativátů (3-hydroxy-5alfa-pregnan-20-ony) s 3alfa- a 3beta-konfigurací a 19-[O-(karboxymethyl)oxim]ovou skupinou, vycházející z 19-hydroxy-20-oxopregn-5-en-3beta-yl acetátu. Popsané devíti a desítistupňové syntézy poskytly cílové látky, určené jako hapteny s použitím v imunologii
