Original language description
Sequence homology and cross reactivity between microbial and human heat shock proteins (hsp) led to the concept that these proteins might be involved in the etiopathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. We stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis and healthy controls with various hsp-derived peptides and the whole molecules of corresponding hsp.

Odpovědi mononukleárních buněk periferní krve na proteiny tepelného šoku a peptidy od nich odvozenými u pacientů s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou
Czech description
Sekvenční homologie a zkřížená reaktivita mezi mikrobiálními a lidskými proteiny tepelného šoku (hsp) vedly k představě, že tyto proteiny se mohou zúčastnit při etiopatogenesi autoimunitních chorob. Byla sledovány odpovědi mononuleárních buněk periferníkrve u pacientů s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou a u zdravých kontrol na hsp-odvozené peptidy a celé molekuly odpovídajících proteinů tepelného šoku.
