An efficient method for the construction of functionalized DNA bearing amino acid groups through cross-coupling reactions of nucleoside triphosphates followed by primer extension or PCR
Original language description
A novel type of functionalized DNA bearing amino acid groups was constructed in two steps through aqueous-phase cross-coupling reactions of halogenated nucleoside triphosphates followed by incorporation of the modified dNTPs by DNA polymerase.

Efektivní metoda konstrukce funkcionalizovaných DNA nesoucích aminokyselinové skupiny pomocí cross-coupling reakcí nukleosid trifosfátů následovaných primer extension nebo PCR
Czech description
Nový typ funkcionalizovaných DNA nesoucích aminokyselinové skupiny byl konstruován pomocí vodných cross-coupling reakcí nukleosid trifosfátů následovaných inkorporacemi modifikovaných dNTP DNA polymerasami.
