Synthesis of novel carbocyclic nucleosides and Pro-Tides derived from 4-oxatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonane-9-methanol
Original language description
Novel racemic carbocyclic nucleoside analogues of thymine, 6-chloropurine, adenine, 6-(dimethylamino)purine, 6-(cyclopropylamino)purine, and 2-amino-6-chloropurine derived from 4-oxatricyclo[4.2.1.03,7]nonane-9-methanol and their phenyl N-[(S)-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl]phosphoramidates were prepared. The target compounds were tested for anti-HIV-1 and anti-HIV-2 activities in human T-lymphocyte (CEM) cells.
Czech name
Syntéza nových karbocyklických nukleosidů a Pro-Tidů odvozených od (4-oxatricyklo[4.2.1.03,7]non-9-yl)methanol
Czech description
Byla připravena nová karbocyklická nukleosidová analoga thyminu, 6-chlorpurinu, adeninu, 6-(dimethylamino)purinu, 6-(cyklopropylamino)purinu a 2-amino-6-chlorpurin odvozených od 4-oxatricyklo[4.2.1.03,7]nonan-9-methanolu a jejich fenyl N-[(S)-1-(methoxykarbonyl)ethyl]fosforamidaty. Cílové látky byly testovány na aktivitu proti HIV-1 a HIV-2 v lidských T-lymfocytech (CEM).
