Original language description
Aminophenyl- and nitrophenyl-labeled nucleoside triphosphates were prepared by aqueous cross-coupling reactions and were incorporated to DNA by polymerase. The resulting labeled DNA was used for electrochemical detection and bioanalytical applications (e.g. minisequencing).

Czech description
Aminofenyl- and nitrofenyl-značené nukleosid trifosfáty byly připraveny vodnými cross-coupling reakcemi a byly inkorporovány do DNA polymerasou. Výsledné značené DNA byly využity pro elektrochemickou detekci a bioanalytické aplikace (např. minisekvenování).
