HPMA copolymers containing doxorubicin bound by a proteolytically or hydrolytically cleavable bond: comparison of biological properties in vitro

  • Original language description

Free doxorubicin and polymeric conjugate based on N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide with doxorubicin bound via hydrolytically cleavable spacer inhibited DNA synthesis and very quickly induce apoptotic signalling pathway. Antibody targeted and non-targeted conjugates with doxorubicin bound via enzymatically cleavable spacer induce apoptotic signalling pathways slower and with lower intensity.

  • Czech name

HPMA kopolymery obsahující doxorubicin navázaný proteolyticky nebo hydrolyticky štěpitelnou vazbou: srovnání biologických účinků in vitro

  • Czech description

Volný doxorubicin podobně jako polymerní konjugáty N-(2-hydroxypropyl)metakrylamidu s doxorubicinem navázaným pomocí hydrolyticky degradovatelné vazby zastavují syntézu DNA a velmi rychle indukují apoptotické signalizační dráhy. Protilátkou směrované i nesměrované konjugáty nesoucí doxorubicin navázaný enzymaticky degradovatelnou spojkou aktivují apoptotické dráhy daleko pomaleji a v menší míře.
