  • Original language description

    Temperature dependencies of direct electrical conductivity, temperature and frequency dependencies of complex permitivity and complex electrical modulus were investigated, for telluride glasses Ge20Se80-xTex (where x is 0, 5, 10 and 15) doped by Pr, Er,and Ho. It has been shown that only one mechanism of electrical conductivity with single activation energy is affective for investigated Te concentrations.
