Original language description
Temperature dependencies of the direct electrical conductivity as well as temperature and frequency dependencies of the complex electrical modulus for the pure As ? Se - Te glasses and those doped by the rare earth (RE3+ )are reported. A single mechanismof electrical conductivity with the activation energy U=(0.80 plus/minus 0.05) eV has been found in reported systems. It follows from measurements of the complex modulus that studied glasses are mono-phase but they contain certain amount of physical defects.

Jsou studovány teplotní závislosti stejnosměrné el. vodivosti a teplotní a frekvenční závislosti komplexního elektrického modulu čistých skel As-Se-Te a skel dotovaných vzácnými zeminami. Skla vykazovala jediný mechanismus elektrické vodivosti s aktivační energií U=(0.80 plus/mínus 0.05) eV. Měření komplexního elektrického modulu potvrdila existenci pouze jedné fáze ve studovaných sklech.
