Modeling of acoustical characteristics of human vocal tract for ordinary and singing voice by FE models
Original language description
The contribution deals with the design of the volume and subsequently finite element (FE) models of the human vocal tract for phonation of the vowel /a:/ without and with singer?s formant. The created primary volume models developed from the MR images were then transformed into 3D FE computer models of the vocal tract. The numerical simulation of phonation and its sensitivy to a dimension accuracy of the geometric model of the vocal tract was tested.
