Original language name
New binary thermoresponsive polymeric system for local chemoradiotherapy
Original language description
A new polymeric drug delivery system designed for combined local chemoradiotherapy using injectable thermoresponsive polymer bearing the radionuclide and the hydrophobic moiety doxorubicin was synthesized and characterized. Doxorubicin is bound to the polymer carrier by a hydrolytically labile N-glycosylamine bond.
Czech name
Nový termoresponsivní polymerní systém pro lokální chemoradioterapii
