The influence of fusion sequences on the thermal stabilities of coiled-coil proteins.
Original language description
Five coiled-coil-containing proteins with different fusion sequences were synthesized, and their properties were compared. The attachment of the fusion sequences stabilized the proteins by increasing their melting temperatures.
