Extrinsic Permittivity due to Reversible Domain Wall Motion in Perovskites(ISAF/IWATMD/PFM2014)

  • Original language description

Předneseno na:2014 Joint IEEE International Symposium on the Applications of Ferroelectrics,International Workshop on Acoustic Transduction Materials and Devices & Workshop on Piezoresponse Force Microscopy (ISAF/IWATMD/PFM);12.-16.05.,2014;State College,US In this work,we theoretically analyze the system, where a segment of 180° domain wall interacts with a pinning center in several perovskite single crystals. The analysis has been performed using a numerical model based on the thermodynamic Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire theory, where the interaction of domain walls with crystal lattice defects has been introduced using an additional term in the free energy of the system. The numerical model has been solved using phase-field simulations for several ferroelectric single crystals:lead titanate, barium titanate, and tetragonal lead zirconate titanate. The numerical results on nonlinear dielectric data indicate a reasonable agreement with the predictions of the analytical models presented earlier
