As far as the pedagogical process is concerned, an evaluation means evaluating textbooks or study materials a) through reviews before the instruction or b) by students - questionnaires through which students evaluate the instruction. For several years, the research at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of Ostrava has been focused on the theory of adaptive e-learning and its testing in practice. The paper deals with one of the main parts of the stated issue - an evaluation of the educational process and adaptive textbooks. Evaluation is conducted after the realization of the analysis of the protocol of students? behavior in the on-line mode. The paper describes the theoretical proposition of the evaluation and its verification in practice.
