Original language description
This paper generalizes the rankability weighting procedure by integrating the evaluation sub-digraph into the data matrix, where it considers the performance of the decision-maker, edge weight basis of digraph, and dominance relation. Rankability weighting lowers the total computation by dealing with linguistic terms directly. In the end, a fuzzy MCDM model is proposed by combining rankability-based weighting and Dempster-Shafer’s theory. We test the correctness and effectiveness of our model on real-life applications. The results show that rankability can be used as the criteria weighting method.
