Original language description
The explosion of eLearning reflects the evolution to a more knowledge-base society in which organisational learning has become a continual process, rather than a distinct event. It means that eLearning have to respect the needs of individual and have tobe accommodated to knowledge and skills of individual and have to respect types of intelligences of individual. Many eLearning programmes have created without demand to address special person. Special pedagogical and psychological aspects for creati on of eLearning programme are: precision determination of needs of person or group of persons, determination of objectives of course based on needs on the way of definitions finishing knowledge and skills of individuals. Strategy of course creation foll owsby draft of course - aims and content. Afterwards preparing precision content of course by specialists according requirements of the distant learning (many eLearning courses have started from this point).
