Construction of buildings whose design must withstand the horizontal forces, consisting primarily of wind stream, water, earthquake, and many others, puts greater demands on the reinforcement to withstand these forces. These structures include masts, towers, high-rise buildings and more. One option for the reinforcement of these structures is to use a new stiffening system called "circular reinforcing system" which is currently subjected to laboratory testing.
