For durability tests, it is necessary to generate a mechanical load with the same power spectrum as the power spectrum of the load of the test object during normal operation. The paper describes the method of generating the time course of the acceleration of an electrodynamic shaker, which is the desired value of the acceleration of the oscillating part of the shaker. The control signal is calculated by the inverse Fourier transform of the load spectrum, which is supplemented by the random phases. The paper also describes the control of the time course of the load signal. The histogram of instantaneous signal samples expected values of normally distributed samples, and count of load cycles for operational and test loads are calculated.
