The research documets the reconstruction of a stand implemented in the previous activity of the Competence Centres and testing of gear pairs in terms of their lifetime in contact. The purpose of this part of the research is to determine the dependence of the lifetime of the gearing on load and temperature and to verify the stability of the test results. The experiment will also include the monitoring of the gearing error as a composite characteristic describing all the errors occurring in the manufacture, assembly and operation of the gearing and expressing the degree of instability of the gearing operation.
