    The interest of each enterprise existing in still changing external economic environment is its success and competitiveness. On single workers and especially managers on single enterprise's management levels still greater requirements are laid, the managing of which is just one of presuppositions of successful competitiveness. These requirements and claims laid on managers are called managers' competencies the base of which is the personal manager's potential. Through its development, the meeting of requirements on manager's position performance is realized. Each manager should use his best effort in considering his own competencies and being aware of needs of his further development. The level of these competencies managing already at workers' accession to mangers' posts is influenced by their study and preparation for practice in the framework of university studies.
