Properly selected subject of enterprise, footing in the market, sufficient amounts of money and accurate management of company are the factors important for right and long-lasting functioning of a company. Similarly, satisfaction of the employees cannotbe omitted; their satisfaction depending on how they are motivated is what affects their job performance, their loyalty and their struggle for company prosperity. The aim of the present article is to tip and evaluate the factors affecting employees' satisfaction in a mining company and to assess their potential improvement. These factors will be analyzed through a marketing research using printed questionnaires.
