Business environment steadily changes, competition grows and so customers? requirements are getting higher. Not only the fact requires innovations crosswise all company branches and processes inclusive of management of material flows and related financial flows. There are many familiar tools applicable for this area. This paper describes innovative application of generally and long time known Leontief?s methodology called structural analysis which was traditionally used on the national economy level into conditions of an industrial company where its individual products replace the branches of national economy.
