    We have demonstrated experimentally howultrabroadband inverse spin Hall emitters present anunprecedented new scheme for room temperature THz CW andfrequency comb generation. Building on previous proof-ofprinciple demonstrations, we demonstrate here by improvedexperimental developments how this photomixing effectively doesnot present any frequency rolloff at least up to 1,05THz, contraryto standard photoswitches. A theoretical and numerical modelimplementing spin Hall dynamics in nanometric FM/HM stackspredict photomixing bandwidths up to 10THz.
