Present day sees an extensive growth of CRM application. One of main reasons of this growth is ongoing globalosation and subsequently greater competitiveness on national markets. Strive to attract more customers and, to retain them is increasing significantly. CRM applications help the companies and institutions in similar situations to learn about their customers more effectively than ever befor.The article attempts to provide a brief summary of features of these applications and description of their architecture, of conditions for their future effectiveness and of information technologies used for their implementation.
