The framework of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) represents the modern and standard approach to management of the ICT services in correspondence with main goals of the whole company. External and internal providers of ICT services should be ready to take care of not only standard situations but also unusual or even critical situations. Solutions of these situations should respect the users and clients needs and requirements.
