In recent years the importance of user and customer requirements on ICT services stability has been increasing. It also had an impact on the IT management methodologies development. The ITIL framework (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) represents the modern and standard approach to management of the ICT services which has been proven in practice. The ICT services stability level is determined by users and customers requirements fulfillment volume and therefore it is necessary to analyze ICTservices stability factors frequently and regularly. The factors of ICT services stability are defined through their impact areas and metrics for their evaluation. The ICT processes which are in correspondence with ICT services stability should be focused not only on standard situation but also on critical and wrecking situation.
