In last decades the ICT services importance has been increasing and the users and customers requirements have increased also. The orientation of ICT services management has changed and it was also focused not only on quantity but also on ICT services delivery quality and stability in context of the situation described above. The availability management process is tool for users and customers requirements satisfaction.
