In last decades the IT services penetrated into many company and institution processes and many of these processes have becoma strongly depending on IT services supplies. The described situation caused the increasing pressure on the IT services quality which represents one of important innovation potential of IT area in the crisis. To ensure sufficient quality of these services it is necessary to determine the required quality parameters. These parameters are defined by users and customers respectivelythey are defined through analysis the user and customer requirements. Each IT services doesn´t have the same importance for company because different services support or may support different company/institution processes and their unavailability or quality inadequate to requirements may cause damage in varying scope and degrees.
