Original language description
The aim of this article is to propose methodology for evaluation of talent management functioning in the organization that consists of joint application of two instruments - the audit of talent management and the evaluation of key indicators. The articlepoints out the fact that as long as the organization puts talent management into effect then there is a necessity to evaluate its functioning in a certain way. Only on the basis of regular evaluation it is possible to identify the causes of a failure and, consequently, to perform necessary corrective measures. In order to achieve the aim of the article a method of analyzing the findings from literature and practical experience gained by organizations implementing talent management has been chosen. On the basis in that way acquired information the author then submits proposals of how to implement the evaluation of talent management functioning in the organization.
