In today´s turbulent world the emphasis is put on knowledge society, the human resources are the key factor in the productivity of the organization and the efficiency of the organization is affected by their productivity. Human resources are an importantelement for stable and efficient organization that is competitive. The paper is highlighted the identity and integrity of the company as soft factors affecting organizational efficiency. On the basis of secondary analysis and field survey in eight organizations were identified and examined whether knowledge of the company goals and vision leads to higher workers efficiency and thus to higher organizational performance by using the quantitative and qualitative research methods, especially survey and interviews. The research prove that knowledge of goals contribute to the improvement of the performance of individuals and organizations.
