Key employees who leave a company can highly affect organization´s functioning and competitiveness. Therefore, it is very important to make an effort to motivate and keep employees. One possibility is to create a concept of total reward for key employeeswhich includes both tangible and intangible remuneration. Intangible remuneration has a wide scale od tools which can be utilized. However, it is necesarry to take into consideration current situation of the organization. Main aim of this paper is to create a new model on intangible remuneration for key positions in an automatice company by utilizing analytic hierarchy proces method.
