The concept of "information technology" is currently understood as a field that is progressive from several perspectives including a financial view, a personal perspective and general expansion of the field in the world. Managers work only with numbers and they do not take into account the human side of IT that is represented by the employees of the company. A lack of motivation in the companies often leads to the situation when there is no qualified staff to work on a business plan. This article describes the situation before and after the introduction of the position of an HR manager in an IT company and it also includes the main benefits of this position.
