The ageing of the population has become an issue in many countries.It influences many activities. One of them is the human resource management in the organizations.Utilising age management practities, the organisations try to deal with this issue.Within the framework of age management, different practicies can be selected to maintain employee performance. The aim of this paper is to assess whether the application of age management practicies differs depending on the economic sector, the size of the organisation, and the family business status. by means of statistical test, differences in some areas were statistically confirmed.
