ENHANCING RAILWAY TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT COMPETITIVENESS IN KAZAKHSTAN WITH EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVES: INSIGHTS FROM THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND PROCEDURE IMPROVEMENTS
Original language description
This research is dedicated to the complex field of freight transportation management on railroads, with a special emphasis on economic competitiveness and the impact of route delays. The focus is on improving process-oriented procedures, which highlights the key role of efficient and timely freight transport in fostering economic growth. The competitiveness in the development of railway transport in Kazakhstan, considering the experience of the Czech Republic, underscores the critical importance of enhancing procedures to boost operational efficiency and economic competitiveness. Incorporating the experience of the European Union, where rail freight transport plays a crucial part in the transnational logistics chain and where great attention is paid to international coordination and standardization of processes, helps to understand the interconnections between national systems and European standards. The main goal is to develop detailed recommendations aimed at increasing both operational efficiency and economic competitiveness in the freight railway industry, with a particular focus on minimizing route delays. Using a comprehensive approach, the study aims to provide valuable information that contributes to achieving broader goals of economic growth, sustainability, and innovation in rail freight transportation.
