    Aim: We reported that autologous mononuclear bonc marrow cell (BMC) transpbntation improves rcgiona! myoeardial function of the infarcted wall in a dosedepcndcnt manner (Am Heart J 2006;152:975.c9-15.). The aim of this study was to analyzc pcrfusion andmetabolism in patients (pts) with and without thc left ventricular (LV) function improvcmcnt duc to high cell Jose transplantation. llethods: We inc1udcd 59 conseeutive pts with irreversible damage aftcr thc first acute STEMT (no contracti1c reserve ondobutamine ECHO, MIBI and FDG uptake < 50% of maximum). Thirty pts wcrc treatcd using high dose BMC transplantation (1 x lOs cells), while 29 pts were randomly integrated iuto a coutrol group. The gated SPECT LV ejection fraction (EF) and cnd-diastolic!end-systolic volumes (EDV/ESV) were quantified before BMC therapy and then 3 months latcr again, using 4D-MSPECT software. Results: ln the control group, the baseline average EF of 41% incrcascd to 44%; we observed worsening of the average

    Cíl: V předchozí práci jsme zjistili, že při transplantaci autologních monomukleárních buněk kostní dřeně závisí úprava regionální funkce myokardu na dávce podaných buněk (Am Heart J 2006;152:975.e9-15). Cílem práce byla analýza perfuze a metabolismu u pacientů s a bez úravy funkce levé komory léčených vyšší dávkou buněk.
