The fruit of Lonicera caerulea L. (blue honeysuckle; Caprifoliaceae) and its phenolic fraction were analyzed for nutrients and micronutrients. The phenolic fraction was prepared from berries percolated with 0.1% H3PO4 and SPE using Sepabeads SP207. The sugar and lipid content was analyzed by HPLC and GC-MS. The total content of anthocyanins was determined using the pH differential absorbance method and aliphatic acids by capillary electrophoresis. ?LC-MS/MS was used for determination of cyanidin-3-glucoside (the predominant anthocyanin), 3,5-diglucoside, and 3-rutinoside, paeonidin-3-glucoside, 3,5-diglucoside, and 3-rutinoside, delphinidin-3-glucoside and 3-rutinoside, pelargonidin-3-glucoside, 3,5-diglucoside, and 3-rutinoside, quercetin, its 3-glucoside, and 3-rutinoside, epicatechin, protocatechuic, gentisic, ellagic, ferulic, caffeic, chlorogenic, and coumaric acids. Czech description
Plody Lonicera caerulea (kamčatská borůvka, Caprifoliacea) a její fenolová frakce byly analyzovány pro zjištění obsahu nutrietů a mikronutrientů. Fenolová frakce byla připravena z plodů pomocí 0,1% kyseliny fosforečné a SPE (Sepabeads SP207). Obsah cukrůa lipidů byla analyzován HPLC a GC-MS. Celkový obsah anthokyaninů byl určen použitím metody pH diferenciální absorbance a alifatické kyseliny kapilární elektroforézou. ?LC-MS/MS byla použita pro určení kyanidin-3-glukosidu (hlavní anthokyanin), 3,5-diglukosidu a 3-rutinosidu, peonidin-3-glukosidu, 3,5-diglukosidu a 3-rutinosidu, delfinidin-3-glukosidu a 3-rutinosidu, pelargonidin-3-glukosidu, 3,5-diglukosidu a 3-rutinosidu, quercetinu a jeho 3-glukosidu a 3- rutinosidu, epikatechinu, protokatechové, gentisové, elagové, ferulové, kávové, chlorogenové a koumarové kyseliny. Fenolová frakce vykazovala redukční kapacitu Folin-Ciocalteuovým činidlem 335 ? 15 ?g (ekvivalentů galové kyseliny/mg), DPPH a superoxidovou aktivitu s hodnotami IC50
