Psychological safety and job satisfaction among nurses: Is there a link?
Original language description
Provision of health care today means an interconnection of individual members into a multidisciplinary team with the aim to deliver the highest quality care for patients. In these teams, it is necessary to create and maintain an environment with open communication so that every team member could express his/her suggestions, opinions, raise questions without any fear, i.e. to create a psychologically safe environment, which is a prerequisite for a job satisfaction. The aim of the research was to identify components of job satisfaction which are affected by psychological safety.
