The Employer's Obligation to Protect the Employee's Privacy
Original language description
The introduction of the contribution deals with bossing, the form of workplace bullying. Since bossing occurs when some of the obligations of the employer are breached, the contribution analyses the violation of the obligation of the employer to protect the employee's privacy. This obligation is, on the other hand, often in conflict with the right of the employer to protect his property. On current decisions of Czech courts, the limits of the employer's right to protect his privacy will be demonstrated.
