3-quinuclidinol belongs to the group of physiollogically hazardous compounds. Fragmentation study as well asoptimization of ion optics set-up for CE/MS experiments using direct introduction of methanolic solution of the standards was done. Also optimal running electrolyte for CE separation has been found.
