Positive and maximal positive solutions of singular mixed boundary value problem
Original language description
The paper is concerned with the existence results for positive and maximal positive solutions of singular mixed boundary value problems for second-order differential equations. The nonlinearity f(t,x,y) in the differential equations admits a time singularity at t=0 and/or t=T and a strong space singularity at x=0. The results are proved by a combination of regularization and sequential techniques with the method of lower and upper functions. In limit processes the Fatou lema is used.
