In presented paper we study rotary vector fields in two-dimensional (pseudo-) Riemannian spaces, which admit rotary mappings. There spaces do not have to be isometric to surfaces of revolution. We obtained fundamental equations in the Cauchy type form, which depends on no more than 3 parameters.
